Rezoning application for 878 Park Avenue

PDG has submitted a rezoning application to the City of Nanaimo to propose a 32 unit multi-family development at 878 Park Ave. Approximately 50% of the site will be maintained as green space and a new public path and access point will be added adjacent to the Chase River.
